Big fan of bulls but never been on a long ride before. On August 15 2008 , Abhishek and I decided to try it out with a small step – a 120 kms stretch from Bangalore to shivasamudra.The weather was purrrfect. Not too sunny, but hardly a cloud to dampen our spirits. As we started cruising down Kanakpura road.

Started our journey at arround 1230hrs and reached there at 1600hrs. First we filled all our tanks in JP nagar petrol pump and checked the air pressure and moved on. Caught the kanakpura main road and started heding towards the destination. The road was ok for some distance but after that its horrible. Some constructions were also going on. Took 3 breaks for lunch and photo session on the way.

You will find petrol pumps on the highway and there are some good hotels and road side dhabas too.But mainly you will find small shops instead of dhabas.So if you are a good eater than please carry some food with you.
