108 Altar Grand Gayatri Yagna and conduction of sacramental rites is being conducted for the first time in Kerala for Enlighting the nation and for the bright future of the humanity,Under the guidance of Gayatri Pilgrimage Center ,Shantikunj, Haridwar,U.K.(India).So friends please attend the same and get the divine blessings and reap the benefit out of it.

Program will be started on 25th December 2009 – Friday through 27th December 2009- Sunday.

This program will be blessed by Shradheya Doctor Saheb and the senior team of Shantikunj.

Since this is the first program in Kerala, I request all of you to contribute and cooperate for it’s success.

Sacramental Rites:

In the program, the following sacramental rites will be

conducted free of charge- punsavan (baby shower), naamkaran (naming

ceremony), annaprashan (starting to give solid food to the child), mundane

(tonsure ceremony), Shikha -sthapan (establishing tuft of hair on the head),

upanayan (sacred Thread ceremony), vidyarambh (starting education),

initiation into Gayatri Mantra, Marriage, Birthday and Marriage Ceremony, etc.

Please Note:

On 25th December 2009 8:00a.m. auspicious Kalash Processionwill start from Shri Navaneet Krishna Mandir (Haveli), Palace Road,Mattancheri – Cochin for the Yagna location. Men and women of all castes,religions and sects can take part in this procession. Women may wear yellowsaree and participate in this procession. Please participate and gainextraordinary good fortune. If Possible, please bring five lamps in aworshipping plate for the Deep Yagna.

Our Great Tradition:

Our Country, India, has been spreading the light of supreme righteous knowledge and giving

inspiration for divine action to the entire world since thousands of years. As a result, India is

recognized with prestigious/dignified titles like vishwa-guru (the teacher of the world),

Chakravarti ( a Supreme king, an emperor), dev-bhoomi ( the land of the deities). The

foundational elements of this greatness have been Gayatri – The Supreme Righteous

Knowledge and Yagna- The Supreme Science.

Gayatri– meaning- The ancient wisdom/righteous knowledge that helps us gain supreme

discerning power from the Supreme Being -God (param-satta), which makes the life force

(pran) enlightened- refined and treading towards the righteous path.

Yagna– meaning- The extraordinary science for enlightening various tendencies and powers

of the life force and the nature; and, for enhancing the resources and using them within divine

discipline.

Unfortunately, both these specialities had become almost extinct and neglected. Saint

Dayanand revived them during his time. In the present time, Vedmoorti (an authority on

Vedas) Taponishtha (practitioner of supreme spiritual penance) Pandit Shriram Sharma

Acharya gave them a form that is conducive to the situation of the present times and made

them easily accessible for the masses. He paved the way for taking these to each and every

corner of the world through the Yug Nirman Abhiyan ( the movement for the reconstruction

of the Era.).

A Special Yagna Experiment

In order to make the human beings worthy of leading a dignified life, Yug Rishi ( The sanit of

the Era – Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya) conducted himself, and through others, various

successful experiments dealing with the righteous knowledge and science of Gayatri. This

world/ universe has originated and is being controlled by the discipline of the Yagna only.

Therefore, God has also been called Yagna-roop ( having form of Yagna) in the Vedas.

“Ayam Yagyo Vishwasya Bhuvanasya Nabhihi” ( in Sanskrit ) meaning- This Yagna is the

nucleus of the world/ universe. The cycles of seasons, rain, fertility and productivity in the

Nature, nurturing/ nourishment of the body, etc. also follow the discipline of the Yagna. It has

been proved by innumerable scientific research experiments that the ecological balance can

be properly managed and nurtured through Yagnas. The vital life force, endurance power and

immunity towards diseases can be enhanced in human beings. The treatment of mental

diseases is also being done through Yagna. One such extraordinary Yagna and Sanskar

Mahotsav (sacramental rites program) is going to be organized in the Cochin city of

Kerala. All of you are cordially invited to attend this program along with your family

members, and gain infinite divine blessings and virtues.
